Positions Available:
Administrators:
We are looking for administrators to join our fast growing team at our offices in Newark. Using our job management software you will carry out the following key tasks:
- Schedule jobs for engineers
- Raise Invoices and Quotations for clients
- Deal with suppliers to order materials
The right candidate shall be comfortable using computers and receiving and making phone calls. Experience is preferrable and knowledge of accounting software would be advantageous.
The role is currently based on a 15 hour per week contract, however there is room for progression for the right person. Competitive rates of pay relevant to experience.
